We recently stayed at a charming hotel in a beautiful town. The breakfast was excellent, with a delicious spread of fresh fruit, muesli, yoghurt, and cakes. The owners were friendly and accommodating, even offering an earlier breakfast for our work schedule. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable, with high standard finishings and interesting art works. Despite the compact size and limited daylight, the lovely lighting and attention to detail made up for it. The location in the old part of town added to the historic charm. We had a truly memorable stay and would highly recommend this hotel. a delightful experience.

The style of the hotel and the room is brilliant, with lots of original pieces and a thoughtful layout. Cathy is a very hospitable host. Right at the centre of Barga Storico. There's a very generous selection of teas, coffees, fruit, etc provided. Excellent fresh breakfast with fruit, muesli, yogurt, cakes, and good cappuccino. Friendly owners. Placed well in the beautiful town. Barga is worth a visit: not too touristy, yet full of history and beautiful landscape. We were treated like family. Cathy, the hostess, was so helpful, from providing maps for our hikes to making restaurant reservations. There is public parking close by. Many restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The hiking is sensational. The extra touches to the room were exceptional, and the decor and location within the walls were outstanding.
Felt immediately at home, nothing to complain about.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. We could easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy the charming atmosphere. The rooms were modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the extra room, which served as a comfortable sitting area.- The hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They were always available to answer our questions and offered great recommendations for restaurants and things to do.
The lack of parking nearby. We had to park outside the city center and walk to the hotel, which was inconvenient, especially with luggage.
